Teeth #2 & #3

No sign of the bottom left coming through to join the bottom right one (which has been there for weeks), but the top left one has broken through the gum and the top right one is not far behind.

New improved baby prison

For his first birthday Wee Man's great gran and grandad have bought him a large playpen. It's great - room for lots of toys, mum or dad, and even a dog if required. He's happy sitting on there playing - and we know he's safe.

I know it's a bit early to be opening birthday presents but we're very grateful to have this one already. Thanks Nana and Gangan Xx

First full day with Gran & Grandad

On Monday Wee Man had his first full day with both mum and dad working so he went to Gran and Grandad's. I'm not sure what they did all day but it must have been fun because he was very smiley when I picked him up and giggled all the way home!

He also learnt where nose and mouth were - leave a kid alone with two teachers and he's going to get taught something.

He asked if he can go back very soon because he had so much fun. Thank you ever so much for taking such good care of him Gran and Grandad Xx

Figuring things out

Wee Man figured out that if he puts the little man at the top of the ramp he sets off the music. Clever boy - actions and consequences.

Happy birthday card

One of Danny's little friends is one on Monday so we have made her a card. I used the new Stampin' Up bakers twine for the washing line.

Love and laughter

A wedding card for a couple of friends of ours. Using stampin' Up's baji blue ink and paper and their new Love and Laughter stamp set. The brad is one I had lying around - but I thought it complemented the colours very nicely.

First hair cut

Well only a tiny bit of it.

Wee Man had a lock of hair that was so long it was in his eyes, but if I brushed it to the side he looked like a mini Hitler. Not a good look on a baby so it had to go. His Daddy snipped it off after tea today. I have saved it in the very cute memory box that my Mum got him for his birthday. My little guy is growing up.

I turned my back for about 5 seconds to put something away, turned back and he had pulled himself up and was stood all on his own holding onto the stool.

We have a tooth!

I thought one must be emerging because Wee Man has spend the last few days with his tongue out. I found it tonight when I popped a bit of food in his mouth and he clamped down. Hard. It's quite sharp - you have been warned.

Poor thing has quite bad eczema at the moment and now a sore mouth. I'm not surprised he's a little tetchy.
