I love soft play

We went to the soft play cafe in town on Friday to meet up with some mummy friends.

I wasn't sure if Wee Man would like it or not because there were lots of bigger kids running around, but he totally loved it. I plonked him down in a corner and he sat there grinning at the kids running around. After a while he got his confidence up and started crawling around. Then some little girls started playing with him - fetching toys, giving him hugs and kisses, etc. He was grinning at them like a nutter - he likes attention. When it was time to go he wasn't happy and tried to escape to go back in.

We went yesterday morning too seeing as it was such a hit. And yes, he found another little girl to play with.

Quite a collection of words

Wee Man can say quite a lot of words now:

Dada
Mum
Cat
Dog
Meg (one of the dogs who is great with him - always up for a cuddle)
There
Gone
Tick tock (his gran taught him this one)
Juice

Not bad for an 11 month old :-)
