Can I play with the eyeballs?

One of Wee Man's favourite things to do when we get the craft things out is 'play with the eyeballs'. We've got a box of them and he likes to rummage around it in. Future optician or future torturer?

First day of school

Wee Man started playgroup at school in January. He loves it. He hasn't cried once which is great - makes it a lot easier for us. He is going 3 mornings a week at the moment.

4 weeks 5 days...

Well it's been a long time coming but the new baby will be with us soon. I've got 8 more days left in work. 

I think we're ready - cot, nappies, clothes - all ready. Wee Man is very excited and can't wait to meet her (although she's not allowed to play with his toys apparently). I'm quite excited too :-)

Ploughing competition

We went to the Anglesey vintage tractor ploughing competition today. Wee Man loved it! We chatted to lots of old dudes and admired their tractors, learnt a little about good and bad ploughing, and saw lots of old tractors. Wee Man especially liked the new Fendt ("it's ginormous") and cried when we left.
