Me: That's right. 

Wee Man: Does daddy have a baby in his tummy?

Wee Man: Daddy's tummy is pure muscle.

Me: Yeah :-D Is your tummy pure muscle?

Wee Man: No! I've got a tiny baby in my tummy.

I love the conversations I get these days. Today we had:

Wee Man: you are not my friend, you are just mama.

Me: oh ok. Cheers mate. 

Wee Man: beauty and the beast...I am a beast. 

Me: what am I?

Wee Man: you are not a beast. 

Me: thanks mate :-)

Wee Man: daddy is a beast. 

Me: yeah.

The line is getting darker (bottom test is from today, top one was yesterday's one). 

3rd ivf attempt

it has been a busy month. Wee Man and I have been down south in the caravan for our 3rd ivf attempt.

Lots of injections, waiting, waiting and more waiting, but today I did a pregnancy test and...drum roll...it was positive! Very faint because I have tested early but definitely there. 

Just had the call. All 14 have been biopsied. 4 are a bit slow but the rest are on track. All top quality at the moment. Roll on Saturday! 

Operation sibling

Had egg collection yesterday - we got 17 eggs, had a phone call this morning to day that 14 have fertilised. I'm very happy with that. Biopsy is Thursday, and transfer day is Saturday. Fingers crossed for a few more days.

Ivf certainly is a roller coaster!

I stopped the pill last Thursday. Period was supposed to arrive Sunday. It's still not here - 6 days late. Until that arrives we can't get started. Aaahhhhh!  

Had a scan yesterday and it's imminent so fingers crossed it arrives today.

We spent it at a farm - lots of tractors to see. 

I did miss not having daddy around but we had a fun day. Can't believe my little boy is 2. 

The ivf roller coaster starts again...

I start my injections on Tuesday - yikes, I can't believe it's come round already.

Party time

It's Wee Man's 2nd birthday party today (we're away the next few weekends so we're having it early). 

I have had lots of fun making his cake. Well decorating it - the actual making of it was not fun. I'm rubbish at cakes! He is tractor mad so the theme was easy - farm yard.
